Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed information about necessary services and costs
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle history to maximize dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven dealership experience with a robust understanding of automotive repair processes
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Sales aptitude with a knack for upselling services in a consultative manner
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts inventory management
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
