The Perfect Candidate:
Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
In-depth knowledge of brake, suspension, engine, and transmission systems.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment & software.
Experience completing accurate repair estimates & work orders.
Able to take direction and work independently
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced shop environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities Include:
Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance & repairs on vehicles.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
Keep work area clean, protected, and organized.
Use tools & equipment safely.
Follow shop procedures and safety standards.
Train and mentor junior team members.
