Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and passionate AVOP DA Trainer to provide delivery of comprehensive training programs focused on the Airside Vehicle Operators Permit program at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Duties
Deliver effective classroom and practical training sessions to diverse learner groups from companies across the airport
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Provide ongoing coaching, support, and resources to employees post-training to reinforce learning outcomes and promote continuous development.

Requirements
Proven experience in delivering classroom and practical training
Solid knowledge of the GTAA Airport Traffic Directives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly through public speaking and presentation skills




Must hold a Transportation Security Clearance (Purple RAIC)
Must hold a DA AVOP with at least 3 years experience and be active within the past 6 months
Must have a clean AVOP record with no major infractions or warnings in the last 5 years
