Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage accurately and develop effective repair plans to restore vehicles to factory standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove damaged panels, straighten frames, and perform structural repairs
Perform automotive repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and painting with attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety protocols




Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations
Keep detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a robust mechanical knowledge base
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently during various repair tasks
Solid understanding of automotive systems and structural components
Experience with heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures in a workshop environment
Mechanic experience is highly desirable for troubleshooting complex issues
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
