You will work alongside the Recruiting Manager to align with daily hiring demands and ensure applicants receive timely updates throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
Interview candidates for agent-level opportunities
Respond to candidate queries and provide insights
Maintain tracking of applicants in the system
Recommend enhancements to the recruiting process
Facilitate onboarding with explicit communication of next steps Requirements:
High school diploma or similar
One year of relevant customer service experience
Experience in recruiting, particularly in BPO or call centers
Excellent organization and multitasking capabilities
