Direct acquisition integrations and ensure ASC 805 compliance
Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting processes
Prepare key financial statements and investor-related reports
Improve the efficiency of financial record-keeping systems
Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals Requirements:
7+ years in accounting and finance roles
4+ years managing direct reports in finance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA is favorable
Proven track record in ASC 805 and purchase accounting
