The Load
Planner will coordinate freight movement, manage customer orders, and provide vital communication between teams. Excelling in this position requires solid organizational and problem-solving skills alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and optimize shipments into loads
Update Transportation Management System with shipment info
Provide detailed instructions to customers and associates
Track delivery timelines and manage on-time pickup issues
Analyze financial decisions for load planning Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
Minimum of two years in Transportation/Supply Chain
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
