Shape the future of AMAs Centre Operations in Alberta as the Director. Lead efforts in operational excellence and create remarkable member journeys across various locations.
As a key leader, your focus will be on delivering consistency and improving the member experience across AMAs retail locations, including Insurance and Registries. Your responsibilities will include establishing SOPs, enhancing compliance, and spearheading omnichannel innovation initiatives.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, your work will fulfill AMAs vision of community service and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain operating policies and procedures
Ensure compliance in operational practices and cash management
Manage evaluations of centre performance and brand standards
Collaborate on facility maintenance and security matters
Oversee vendor management and product portfolio governance
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in multi-location retail operations
Relevant experience in regulated sectors desirable
Solid capabilities in audit compliance and internal controls
Expertise in vendor management and inventory strategies
Exceptional ability to build stakeholder relationships
Lead with integrity and foster a positive retail setting at AMA, enhancing member satisfaction throughout.
