Key Responsibilities:
Offer engaging service while welcoming guests
Lead and curate outdoor activities and tours
Maintain cleanliness of facilities and retail spaces
Provide guests with information about local experiences
Assist in resolving guest inquiries and conducting tours
Requirements:
Experience in outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking
Current First Aid and CPR certification required
Retail experience considered a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
