Key Responsibilities:



- Advise international students on career readiness and employment options - Organize and lead workshops for skill and confidence building - Manage mentorship relationships and coordinate associated activities - Collaborate with various departments to support student needs - Perform labour market research to anticipate job trends
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field - At least 2 years of relevant experience in advising - Proficiency in using a CRM for tracking student interactions - Robust organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
