The role ensures smooth vehicle movements, effective inventory management at rail sites, and ongoing communication with drivers and internal stakeholders to guarantee efficient and timely deliveries.Note: The masculine form is used solely to simplify the text.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a reliable and well‐organized professional who is comfortable with an early‐morning schedule and enjoys working autonomously and proactively.Diploma in transportation logistics or a related certificationMinimum 3 years of dispatch experience in the road transportation sectorExcellent proficiency with Microsoft 365Experience working with unionized drivers (an asset)Comfort using transportation management systems (e.G. Magnus, Super Dispatch, MIR)Ability to quickly learn new technology tools (e.G. Anydesk, Igloohome, mobile tracking systems)Excellent organizational skills with strong priority management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and independentlyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in data managementBilingual in French and English, spoken and written, to communicate with drivers and customersStrong team spirit, customer‐focused mindset,



and solution‐oriented attitudeAvailability to work flexible hours or outside regular business hours in emergency situations (as needed)Daily Responsibilities1. Operations and Logistics ManagementPrioritize, clean, and organize the inbox; confirm drivers' hours and ensure follow‐up communicationsPlan loads and coordinate driver assignmentsInventory and manufacturer follow‐up:Keep tracking lists up to dateManage yard inventory and returnsProcess location changes with CNOrganize regular calls with the Québec terminal to manage inventory and deliveries to remote dealerships2. Fleet and Equipment MaintenanceReview the truck list, check active units, and report any damage or issues identified the previous dayManage key baskets and ensure availability of safety equipmentParticipate in garage meetings to follow up on the mechanical condition of the fleet3.
