Allshores is on the lookout for a Legal Counsel with a multi-jurisdictional focus to manage legal and regulatory risks across diverse operations. This role integrates support for corporate governance and strategic growth initiatives.

As an integral part of the Legal & Compliance team, you will handle legal challenges in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Europe, and the Caribbean. Your responsibilities include providing legal advice, supporting M&A; activities, and engaging with regulators.

This position requires a proactive approach to legal compliance and strategic thinking in a complex business workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal insights on regulatory requirements
Lead initiatives for acquisitions and market expansion




Collaborate with regulators to ensure compliance
Draft and advise on contractual agreements
Stay updated on changes in legal landscape

Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Direct regulatory interaction experience is an asset
Robust strategic and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage legal obligations across jurisdictions
