Reporting to the Director of Finance, your mission is to manage the entire accounts payable cycle while optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Join a culture valuing teamwork and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor creation, invoice entries, and payment preparations
Validate expenses and ensure proper allocation and approvals
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare transactions for payments




Participate in financial analyses and process enhancements
Communicate with vendors for outstanding inquiries regarding accounts Requirements:
DEC in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of experience
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
Detail-oriented with solid prioritization skills
