Key Responsibilities:



- Lead the launch and daily management of the ophthalmology program - Cultivate a motivated and high-performing perioperative team - Develop partnerships to enhance surgical program integration - Implement innovative and productive care delivery models - Manage quality improvement initiatives and fiscal responsibilities
Requirements: - Preferably a Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration - Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario - 5+ years in a perioperative setting - Demonstrated managerial success in rapid-paced settings - Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making
