In this role, you will oversee vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and support a variety of financial tasks. Your attention to detail and processes will be key in keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Enter vendor invoices into the ERP system accurately
Support audit readiness with maintained payment documentation
Provide administrative assistance across the Finance department




Process transactions and assist with account reconciliations
Monitor shared Finance inboxes and respond to inquiries Requirements:
Minimum of two years in accounts payable or related finance role
Knowledge of accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
