St. Anthony’s Elementary School invites applications for a skilled Learning Resource Teacher certified in Orton-Gillingham literacy instruction. Ideally, candidates should have training in multi-sensory math strategies and possess a Special Education Certificate. You will be responsible for assessing students’ learning profiles, developing Individualized Education Plans, and promoting a supportive setting grounded in Catholic values.
Key Responsibilities:



- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in reading and math - Conduct assessments to identify academic needs - Create and implement tailored Individualized Education Plans - Maintain communication with parents and teachers regarding student progress - Support IEP documentation and attend relevant meetings
Requirements: - Certified in Orton-Gillingham literacy instruction - Trained in multi-sensory math approaches - Special Education Certificate is a plus - Excellent communication and conflict management abilities - Commitment to fostering a supportive Catholic workplace
