As a Field Mechanic, you will help maintain and install docks, ensure safety compliance, and support Lime's fleet operations. This role is well-suited for self-motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude who thrive in wide-ranging working conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include quality checks, minor field repairs, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities:



- Install docks while receiving guidance from the Operations leader - Conduct quality checks on installations and fleet vehicles - Monitor dock conditions and perform repairs as necessary - Operate vehicles and equipment for deployment of Lime products - Ensure compliance with vehicle parking standards
Requirements: - Must be at least 21 years old with valid license - Previous dock or vehicle maintenance experience preferred - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly - Familiar with cell phone apps, particularly iOS - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
