Empower families by becoming a Family Engagement Leader with Current Path Youth and Family Services. This part time, permanent role focuses on engaging families and enhancing community mental health initiatives.
As a Family Engagement Leader, you will work collaboratively within your community, promoting family involvement in service development and support for children's mental health. Your responsibilities will include facilitating advisory committees, managing family feedback processes, and leading engagement strategies across the organization to ensure family voices are heard.
Your leadership experience and engagement skills will be vital in making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Family Advisory Committee meetings to gather insights
Lead the WOW Awards nomination and selection process
Represent family voices in agency planning and events
Develop engaging content and tools for family involvement
Manage correspondence through Mailchimp for family outreach
Requirements:
Lived experience as a child/youth caregiver
Knowledge of mental health services is preferred
Leadership experience and solid engagement skills
Ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs
Commitment to ongoing training and cultural awareness
