Join the City of Mississauga as a Compensation Consultant, reporting to the Manager of Compensation & Job Evaluation. In this role, you will leverage solid Excel skills and project management experience to deliver complex compensation programs.
You’ll work closely with Labour Relations, providing analysis to support collective bargaining and job evaluation, ensuring compliance with internal equity and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare compensation and job evaluation data for collective bargaining
Lead design and implementation of compensation programs
Analyze data trends for workforce composition and pay structures
Advise senior management on job evaluations and pay equity
Research industry best practices to inform policy updates
Requirements:
Minimum five years in compensation or job evaluation
Robust project management and analytical skills
Knowledge of Pay Equity principles and legislation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation Certified qualified (CCP) is an asset
