H.A.L.O provides a remote patient observation service to hospitals and long-term care homes. Currently it is implemented at multiple Canadian hospitals and LTC facilities. H.A.L.O has enhanced patient outcomes prioritizing patient safety and well-being by addressing gaps in traditional healthcare systems, ensuring consistent and attentive care at all times.

The Human Attended Live Observation (H.A.L.O.) Telemonitor Program is dedicated to remotely monitoring and ensuring the safety of patients. As a member of the Telemonitoring team, the Patient Observation Technician provides continuous observation & monitoring to patients who are identified as a safety risk.

As a member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to patients through remote communication channels. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure workplace. Joining our Telemonitoring team offers prospects for growth and advancement within the program.
