Recommend strategic downstream process developments
Create accountable protein development plans
Oversee technology transfer initiatives
Draft process descriptions and necessary regulatory documentation
Support manufacturing operations and CAPA identification
Requirements:
Doctoral degree with 5 years or Master's with 8 years experience
Deep knowledge of cGMP settings
Experience in implementing technology transfers
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Familiarity with antibody/protein production methodologies
