Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer incoming phone calls and take detailed floral orders accurately
Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Coordinate communication between florists, delivery drivers, and management
Monitor and support the overall flow and organization of the store
Perform general upkeep duties such as sweeping, tidying, and watering plants
Processing and cleaning Flowers
Ability to stand all day long
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Proven experience with phone-based customer service or order taking
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
