In this position, you'll utilize over five years of experience in investment management or related fields. You'll oversee fund administration, including NAV reviews, reconciliations, and investment operations. This role requires solid analytical skills and a commitment to compliance, working with both internal teams and external partners to elevate our investment business.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle fund administration and operational reporting tasks • Support investment operations, trade execution,



and settlements • Manage investor onboarding and KYC/AML reviews • Assist with regulatory and audit compliance activities • Drive process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements: • Over 5 years in investment management or fund services • Completion of Canadian Securities Course is mandatory • Proficiency in reconciliations and operational reporting • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar tools is a plus
