Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation is seeking a Senior Director, Operations to lead operational excellence, financial oversight, and governance support as we launch Tomorrow’s Hospital, the foundation's largest fundraising campaign.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the role oversees finance, office administration, donor services, HR, and IT, guiding three board committees and collaborating with hospital departments to deliver strategic growth and solid donor stewardship.
