Key Responsibilities:
Lead coordination of HR policy analysis and project management
Supervise staff hiring, orientation, and terminations as needed




Ensure compliance with Labour Law and Health standards
Conduct ongoing research to improve HR practices
Facilitate HR staff meetings and communication

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years in HR management
Knowledge of First Nations institutional practices preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in conflict resolution and diplomacy
