Key Responsibilities:
Supervise monthly and annual close processes for accuracy
Analyze financial data for strategy formulation
Maintain compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards
Guide job costing and Work in Progress reporting efforts
Mentor a finance team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
7+ years in accounting, including 3 years as a Controller
Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices
Proficiency in financial software tools
Solid mentorship and communication skills
