- Facilitate resident care conferences and schedule meetings - Ensure care plans are accurate and up-to-date - Implement care services and evaluate their effectiveness - Teach and direct unregulated care providers - Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
Requirements: - Active LPN registration in the applicable province - Prior experience in gerontology and rehabilitation recommended - Solid skills in care coordination and communication - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required - Ability to perform a comprehensive Vulnerable Sector Check
