We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant/Controller to join our finance team. Duties
Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to record transactions and generate reports.
Conduct detailed account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies or errors, ensuring data integrity.
Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate financial data and forecasts to support strategic planning.
Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.




Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms; proficiency in multiple systems is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including account reconciliation, account analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budget preparation.
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify discrepancies effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights clearly.
