This position will focus on contacting overdue accounts and managing collections in a strategic portfolio. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-volume finance environment, utilizing solid communication skills and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Contact overdue accounts within assigned customer portfolio
Manage collection of outstanding balances promptly
Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Perform account reconciliations accurately
Demonstrate attention to detail in financial processes Requirements:
Experience in finance, preferably in accounts receivable
Proven relationship-building skills in a team setting
Strong communication skills for cross-functional work
