As an integral part of the Travel and Transport Team, your key focus will be on leading service delivery and continuous improvement across all OUH sites including the John Radcliffe Hospital. You will supervise the administrative team, tackle transport queries, and work alongside the Senior Green Travel Manager to drive impactful sustainability projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the operational management of transport services across OUH
Develop strategies for greener travel solutions
Handle all queries and complaints regarding travel services
Manage external service contractors effectively
Lead and mentor the administrative team for optimal performance
Requirements:
Proven management experience in travel services
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in transport
Robust customer service and communication skills
