Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for client projects
Coordinate efforts between internal resources and external vendors
Organize kickoff and close-out meetings efficiently
Proactively manage risks and changes throughout projects
Enhance delivery processes initiatives within the PMO
Requirements:
3+ years in Project Management with a strong track record
Experience in Managed Services Provider settings preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Customer service-oriented communication abilities
