Support vulnerable women with financial services as an Accounting and Payroll Analyst at the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre. This essential role ensures accurate accounting and payroll processes. Working under the Manager, Finance, the Accounting and Payroll Analyst is responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks while prioritizing feminist and anti-oppression values.

You will handle bookkeeping, reconciliation, and process enhancement to support DEWC’s mission. A solid foundation in finance and robust analytical skills are critical for success. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping and payroll functions accurately
Conduct account reconciliations and prepare financial reports
Collaborate with finance and other departments for efficiency
Streamline processes for accuracy and effectiveness
Ensure timely completion of tasks to deliver quality services Requirements:
At least 2 years in full-cycle accounting/payroll roles
Degree/diploma in accounting or related field preferred
Solid organizational and analysis-oriented skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
