Canada.Cristom Vineyards is a family-owned winery in the Eola-Amity Hills of the Willamette Valley, producing site-focused Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Gamay noir and Syrah in a biodynamic, environmentally aware and sustainable manner.We're currently seeking one qualified individual to join our team in 2025 as a Vintage Assistant Winemaker. This would be a long-term, in-depth internship that would cover all aspects of the cellar. The role would commence in late-March / early-April and continue through harvest into a post-harvest period. The end-date could be as late as early-December. In addition to experiencing all elements of cellar work, the Vintage Assistant Winemaker would also engage in extensive animal husbandry activities with our estate flock of sheep, as well as organic vegetable farming and biodynamic viticulture.ResponsibilitiesRegular topping of wine barrelsFulfilling addition and fining workordersRacking, washing, steaming and sousing of barrelsCleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipmentMaintaining winery equipment,
