In this role, you will apply your expertise as a licensed Pharmacist with an Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency.
Responsible for supervising staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring optimal workflow, you will play a crucial role in implementing safety programs and contributing to pharmacy policies. Additionally, your collaborative efforts will support interdisciplinary teams in delivering superior health care. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy staff while coordinating work assignments

- Monitor quality assurance and performance metrics
- Participate in training programs for new pharmacy staff Requirements:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist in BC
