In this full time role, reporting directly to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, you will implement a portfolio-wide Energy Management Plan (EMP).
Collaborate with Facility Managers and consultants to conduct energy assessments and develop efficiency measures tailored to each building's needs. Your contributions will play a crucial role in achieving organizational sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits for targeted buildings
- Develop and recommend energy retrofit projects
- Assist in operational efficiency measures implementation
- Track energy-saving performance of interventions
- Educate staff on energy management practices Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering with relevant certification
- Minimum of 5 years in energy management roles
- Practical knowledge of energy financial models
- Experience with building automation systems
