Reporting to the FP&A; Director, you will provide analysis and guidance on financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual budgeting and variance analyses • Create and deliver insightful management reports • Collaborate with operational teams for data-driven decisions • Coach junior analysts and contribute to projects • Ensure compliance with financial processes and accounting systems
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting • 3-5 years of operations finance or accounting experience • Advanced skills in Excel • Experience with Workday and large-scale reporting systems • CPA certification or progress toward it preferred
