Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of Guac Mexi Grill, providing exceptional service while preparing delicious food in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and teamwork will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
- Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients to ensure efficient service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy hours
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Support the team in achieving a positive dining experience for every guest
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-food or casual dining environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively setting
- Solid communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs of the restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
