AP Role Summ aryThe Technical Environment Engineer is responsible for ensuring t he stability, performance, and availability of QAT and non-production environme nts across complex enterprise platforms. This role leads incident triage and resolution, performs advanced technical troubleshooting, and serves as a key liaison between application teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners. Exceptional communication skills and strong ownership are essential to drive timely issue resolution and continuous improveme nt.

Sk i l ls1-3 years of experi ence in QA, web development, supporting QAT and non-production environments in enterprise-scale sys systemsStrong experie nce handling, prioritizing,



and resolving incidents and service requ ests using tools such as JIRA and Servic eNowExperience performing QA activities including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (
