As a vital part of the Section 23 Classroom, you will provide daily support to students alongside the teacher. Your responsibilities will include administering therapeutic programs and teaching life skills. Additionally, you will ensure that activities are both engaging and secure for all participants. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers delivering educational programs
• Instruct students in essential life skills
• Monitor student behaviors and engagement
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting
• Conduct facility safety checks and student counseling
Requirements:
• Completion of Social Services diploma/degree
• Background in working with youth required
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• G2 license required, G Class preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
