You'll maintain a manageable caseload, providing personalized therapeutic care while focusing on client wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer trauma-informed therapy to various clients
• Sustain a caseload of 15-20 weekly sessions
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary case discussions
• Advocate for changes in systemic treatment approaches
• Travel to service locations with travel costs covered
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Registration with a recognized skilled body
• Knowledge of complex trauma dynamics
• Engaged in practices promoting justice and healing
