At Apex Geomatics, we're searching for a skilled Utility Line Locator with at least two years of industry experience. Your expertise in line locating methodologies and safety practices will help deliver accurate field intelligence across multiple sectors. You will prepare comprehensive reports and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate line locating sweeps and inductive locates
• Mark buried facilities per standard practices and codes
• Prepare detailed field reports with sketches and supporting data




• Maintain and operate locating equipment and vehicles
• Mentor Junior Locators and Assistants for skill development

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Locator
• Valid line locating training certificate required
• Certification in Ground Disturbance Standard 201 (Supervisory)
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Familiarity with Trimble GPS is an asset
