Be a key player at ALS as a Laboratory Analyst specializing in ICP-MS. Conduct analyses of geological samples and uphold quality data standards in a collaborative setting.

In this role, you will operate various instruments like AAS and ICP-AES, ensuring adherence to ALS’s quality standards. You’ll be responsible for preparing samples and using Microsoft Office to create reports. Work effectively within a team while managing workloads and maintaining a safe lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain ICP-MS and AAS instruments
• Identify and correct quality control issues
• Evaluate data with software tools
• Prepare sample dilutions and calibration standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Science with Chemistry preferred
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to lift 45 lbs containers
