Drive MEP projects on-site as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Lead. Leverage your expertise in design, estimation, and construction to support preconstruction and operations teams.

This full time role requires a deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design concepts. You will be pivotal in project preconstruction, providing industry knowledge as an in-house resource for associates and clients. Your experience will help ensure successful coordination and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design and project estimates
• Coordinate trade partners and bidding processes
• Manage risks throughout the construction lifecycle
• Facilitate document reviews and scheduling tasks




• Support project operations with analytical problem-solving

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or construction fields
• Over 5 years of design or construction management experience
• Proficient in MEP terminology and construction procedures
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Experience building relationships with trade partners
