As the full-time, permanent Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of the organization's day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and well-managed financial processes across the business. You will work closely with project managers and executive leadership to maintain strong internal controls, improve procedures and provide financial insights that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have robust business acumen, sound knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.



This role is best suited to a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a mid-size business and who values having a voice at the round table discussions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will:Lead and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely, accurate financial reportingPrepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysisProduce the monthly reporting package, including: WIP schedule, job profitability, GL reconciliationCash flow management including rolling forecastsMaintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers for assigned properties, including reconciling
