Fairstone Eden Park is seeking a Senior Representative, Collections to join our team and drive loan recovery. You will contact past-due customers, negotiate settlements within policy, and document actions in our collections system while striving to meet targets.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of high-risk auto financing experience, robust communication skills, and is comfortable with MS Office and social media-based skip tracing. French language skills are a plus.
