As a driving force behind The Royal's strategic objectives, this role requires expertise in change management and a Master's degree. You will have 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience, guiding the PMO and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic and operational project management
• Establish and monitor PMO standards and tools
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective project implementation
• Oversee policy compliance and risk management
• Mentor PMO staff and support their development

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (MHA, MBA, MPH)
• 5-7 years in healthcare transformation or operations
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects
• Familiarity with Ontario's healthcare setting
• Professional certification in project management preferred
