You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and supporting the TAP Program for Apprentices and Mentors. With your expertise in both light and heavy-duty automotive service, you'll ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Your analytical approach will allow you to assess teammate training needs and continuously improve the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field-based training and assessments
• Support Mentors and Apprentices to achieve program goals




• Collaborate on quality control and operational improvements
• Develop instructional materials for diverse learning environments
• Lead special projects as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years hands-on automotive or technical experience
• Preferred background in telematics and diagnostics
• Positive project management and organization skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
