The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working within a control room environment, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, managing access control, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. A high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a rapid-paced, security-focused environment are required.Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure site safety and securityCoordinate day-to-day security operations within the control room environmentManage access control, including staff, contractor, and visitor entryRespond to and document incidents accurately and in a timely mannerSupport emergency response procedures as required, including escalation and coordination

Requirements

Full Australian working rights





Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Valid driver's licence

Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster

Minimum 2 years' experience in a control room operator role (preferred)

Experience using Gallagher systems (desirable)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing

High level of attention to detail and accuracy
