Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Workday HR data quality and integrity
• Develop and analyze workforce data and visualizations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Four years of experience in HCM systems and HR operations
• Two years of Workday full cycle implementation
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
• Solid analytical skills for workforce reporting
