Have experience in preparing cost estimates for labour and materials, responding to RFPs and tenders, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to RFPs and tenders with accurate and competitive estimates.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and/ or materials, and other project-related expenses.

Track progress and quality of work being performed by subcontractors,



suppliers and field trades.

Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, and owners, contractors, and subcontractors, as well as make changes and Adjustments to cost estimates.

Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.

Have strong Computer and Technology Knowledge as it relates to MS Excel, MS Word, Xactimate, Auto CAD, OST software and project management tools.

Experience in project size estimating from $0 - $4,000,000.00.

Wage is $30.00 to 40.00, based on experience.
